Healey Cypher
Healey Cypher is a dad, a husband, and someone who tries to be a good person every day. He’s married to an amazing wife and is dad to two amazing kids, who keep him humble and make sure his Dad jokes always have an audience (willing or not).
Professionally, Healey is SVP at Navan. He founded BoomPop, an AI-powered platform for corporate meetings and events, which Navan acquired in 2026. He also serves as a Board Partner at Atomic, the venture studio behind companies like Hims & Hers, where he was previously Chief Operating Officer.
Healey has spent his career building and selling companies centered on great customer experience. BoomPop marks his fourth exit and his third as a founder. Before that, he sold ZIVELO to Verifone in 2019, just 15 months after taking the reins as CEO, and sold Oak Labs to ZIVELO in 2018. Earlier, he was Head of Retail Innovation and Chief of Staff to the CTO at eBay, and led business development at milo.com, which he helped sell to eBay in 2010.
Healey is also the host of Don’t Be a Jerk, a podcast about leaders who win because they’re good people, not in spite of it. Each episode shares real-world stories and tactical lessons showing that kindness and integrity are strategic advantages.
He has been recognized as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” WWD’s “Ten of Tomorrow,” and Goldman Sachs’ “Top 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs.” He has given dozens of keynotes and appeared on live TV (most nerve-wracking: CNBC’s Closing Bell, for sure).
Healey is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He’s from Nebraska, grew up in Saudi Arabia, and now lives in San Francisco. He’s also a licensed pilot, sailing captain, and scuba diver, which mostly means he has lots of ways to get somewhere and very few excuses to stay home.
